Key highlights include the following:

- Completed the engineering scope within the project schedule

- Captured additional cost thru implementation of “Project Change Management”

- Received an award after a quality audit made for a Mining project handled

- Reduced the cost of an offshore (spur) project through optimization of the miscellaneous supports per level

- Reduced the cost of projects through suggestions of creative ideas (e.g. framing for pipe supports, use of wire mesh for paving, change scope for vendor, etc)

- Managed the project schedule, budgeted cost, safety standards,

- Report project status to office and/or home office

- Managed interfaces between the disciplines & contractors/ subcontractor

- Coordination with major vendors and Subcontractors

- Approved discipline estimates/budget

- Review and compile project proposals

- Resolution of technical issues among engineering disciplines
