Qualifications
With many years in the field as a Project Superintendent, I bring a wealth of knowledge of how it works, with the ability to get the job done. I have been involved in various projects that have allowed me to be multi-functional as a superintendent. As a Project Manager, Project Superintendent, I have managed all phases of the project scheduling, billing, R.F.I’s, change orders, sub-contractors, and meetings, completing the projects on time and under budget. I have strong computer skills in programs such as Sure-Track, Project Manager, Excel, Micro Soft, Construct-Ware and Prolog. I have many certifications that include CPR, OSHA, Industrial, SWPPP, LEED and many others. I feel with my experience and background in the construction field, I conduct a safe and productive work environment working closely with ownership and my team.
Skills
I have as strong background in all phases of concrete, but not limited to it. I am a competent journeyman carpenter spending many years in the field, with the understanding of how it works. I have experience that ranges from Ground-up Projects, to Bridges, T.I’s, Retail, Parking Structures, Subterranean, Site Work, Underground, Retro Fitting, Railway Projects, Heavy Civil, Cast in place Structural and Architectural.
