Agile project involved consolidation of Auto, Home and Wealth Policy screens into one “Client Self Service (CSS)” Application. CSS application will give client the ability to look up Household Policies on one screen, including making payments, looking up Renewals and current benefits.

Project duties included:

Analyze UI (User interface) Authentication screens and Enrolment screens

Define detailed Use cases, user Stories, UI Screen Storyboard,

Data Mapping, Data dictionary and Use cases with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and technology team.

Create and manage a backlog of clearly defined and prioritized user stories

Work closely with developers and testers to support the Agile development process

Collaborate with Product Owner, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to understand the enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts and translate that into the product backlog

The project involved revamping Agency Contract management system into a new BI(Business Intelligence) Tool. It combined various details about individual Agency into one easy application. Project captured all the details ranging from Name, address, phone and Fax number, e-mail address while linking it to Databases storing Agency Production and Profitability details. Fidelity Direct Mortgage is a Personal and Commercial lines Mortgage Company based in Maryland, USA. As Business /database Analyst worked on Implementation of Oracle 11g for company’s new Insurance business. Conducted business need analysis, documentation, and followed up to implementation and migration of data from Legacy database to Oracle 11g.
