Worked in implementation section installing and troubleshooting new interface installations between hospital information systems to Sunquest’s Flexilab Laboratory Information System. Worked with Mumps/Cache on laboratory HL7 interfaces and Perl with Sunquest engine. Had been responsible for the upkeep and modifications of the installation templates for application interfacing programs as well as generating new and modifying existing department utilities in Mumps, Perl, and C languages.

Worked on a high priority, time critical project to rewrite interface results reporting programs written in Mumps between our Flexilab Laboratory Information System version 5.3 and multiple Hospital Information Systems.

Worked on version 5.3 upgrade of our Flexilab interfaces troubleshooting site-specific upgrade issues daily and simultaneously managing 30+ lab sites across the county and internationally.
