Prospective Employer

The following resume outlines my years of experience as a Technical Writer. I have an extensive background in Information Technology (Processes/Procedures/Network Operations and Architecture), Telecommunications, Manufacturing Processes/Procedures, Banking/Financial/Mortgage Services processes and procedures, Healthcare Information Systems, PCI Compliance, Electronic Payment Exchange systems. In addition, I have also produced technical documentation for Hydro, Coal and Nuclear Power Plant Operations and associated Control Safety Systems and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). I have also previously produced technical documentation for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). As you will note in the body of my resume and by the summary of my career accomplishments listed, I’ve always moved to technically challenging positions with increasing responsibilities. Also, please note in my capacity as a technical writer and editor, that I’ve had the opportunity to manage various projects in uniquely different engineering/technical disciplines. Given my employment track record and my exposure to various technical projects (both hardware and software), this makes me very eager to apply what I have learned thus far and will serve me well in a new career position. I am always eager to learn new technologies and my enthusiasm to "get going and hit the ground running" may well prove to be most beneficial to your organization. My qualifications and abilities are many and could not be listed entirely in the body of my resume. I would like to elaborate further, answer any questions you may have, and make some inquiries of my own.

At your earliest convenience, I would like to arrange an interview to discuss the possibility of employment and becoming a team-member of your organization. Previous work samples are available upon request.

Thank You,

Fred Lane
