Find and correct minor/major issues with pre-installed products

Installation knowledge of Caulking, installing air and vapor membranes prior to the interior finish trim and exterior covers of windows also entrances.

oField superintendent for the Park Terrace renovation project for 42 apartments, where I coordinated the sub trades also provided construction schedule for entire project, also daily manpower reports. Also held weekly Architect and owners meetings, also purchased materials for several subcontractors as needed to maintain schedule. Scheduled city fire and tco inspections as needed.

oI was hired as the field superintendent at U mass, CHCRC, where I was in charge of 28 persons. Plus 2 separate subcontractors.

oDaily manpower reports, two week look ahead, safety inspections, tracking green bar reports, weekly safety toolbox talks. Daily inspections for quality control of installed products prior to Architects inspection

oInspected and corrected various deficiencies with the installed product such as entrance doors, curtain walls, panel systems, and windows, steel framing also plumbing layout issues
