Technical lead and analyst for the development of security cross reference using Markit EDM as an EDM Hub. Built Markit EDM solutions and prepared detailed specifications for data and processes to achieve mastering and accuracy of market and securities data. Developed 1000 solutions to acquire data from data providers CITI, ML, Bloomberg, and Point and compared data using data matcher as well as augment with securities data in 3000-5000 solutions and finally distribute data as XML or Flat file by developing 6000 solution for downstream customers including trading platform provided by CRD. This project involved legacy systems Sybase, Oracle, and SQL Server. Developed Markit EDM solutions to acquire data from multiple vendors including Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset, MSCI, FTSE, Russell to create universal fie formats or loading files directly into repository. This involved developing solutions involving Data Porters to load data, archive files, employ rule builders, and data constructors for exception processing. Developed 1000 data solutions for different vendors for data acquisitions and used 2000- 5000 solutions for matching, data augmentation using data constructors, data matchers and finally 6000 data solution for distribution of augmented data as a flat file to Fixed Income, Equity, Performance Attribution.
