2015-2016 Sr Mechanical Engineer, Waldemar S. Nelson- Houston, Texas Procurement and package engineering for multiple greenfield onshore Central Processing and Saltwater Disposal Facilities for Shell. Central Processing Facilities were designed for 5K, 10K and 15K BOPD and Saltwater Disposal Facilities were designed for 20k-40k BWPD. Facility equipment under my charge including tanks, vessels, flares, and filters. Owner’s due diligence engineer for the 358 mi. US portion of a 36” Enbridge crude oil pipeline designed for 76K BPD with eight new 21,000 HP pump stations and new tank farm piping, metering, and pressure control.

2014 Engineering Manager, Hatch Mott MacDonald- Pearland, Texas I directed a team of 8 engineers in onshore hydrocarbon facilities design for major midstream operators. Designs included the retrofit and flow reversal of a 2.6 BCFD Kinder Morgan compressor station with 42” pipeline headers.

2011-2014 Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Worley Parsons- Houston, Texas Project Engineer for Capital Spend onshore pipeline and terminal projects for Shell, Conoco, and Talisman. I completed design and construction projects for pipeline repair sleeves, elevated REE building for 2.4kV service, roadbed elevations, surveys, pumped drainage sumps, and shale play natural gas liquids processing facilities. I developed firewater systems, pipeline re-routes, 80kbbl tank geodesic dome retrofits, and an ethylene metering station bypass. 2010-2011 Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Oil and Gas Solutions- Houston, Texas Mechanical Engineering Department Manager. I Performed FEED verification studies for multiple Floating LNG projects, each with 3 MMTPA design capacity including the Shell “PRELUDE” vessel. FEED verification for fixed and floating offshore production facilities. I interfaced directly with Korean partner engineers at Samsung Heavy Industries. Responsible for all mechanical engineering activities including production facility equipment sizing, pipe stress engineering, and budgets.

The station design required the specification and purchase of all the engineered components and the layout of all the piping and mechanical systems. I supervised 65 project staff including engineers, designers, procurement, and controls personnel.
