PROJECT BASED ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Painting QC Inspector-

Ensuring the proper materials used & storage condition of material as per specification requirement(Garnets, Steel shots, Paints etc..)

Verifying the Calibration Certificates for the Test instruments, Gauges etc.

Ensuring the weather conditions is acceptable for paint applications by Relative humidity, Dew point, Surface/Steel temperatures, Dry bulb & Wet bulb temperatures.

Monitor or witness the inspection for each discipline in accordance with Inspection & Test Plan to ensure that works performed by the workers are in accordance with the Project specification.

Monitoring the surface preparation, dust and salt contamination levels and proper profile achievement.

Visually inspecting for painting procedures as per specification by ensuring the Paint system, WFT & DFT.

Recording the results of DFT and carrying out visual inspection for any coating failure.

Preparation of final documentation as per project specification and ITP.

Raise Discrepancy Report, NCR against Site Deficiencies & Non-Confirming works
