Delivery Process.

Work responsibilities as Assistant .Process Engineer:

Experience in plant set up and installation of structural and fabrication drawings in Pipelines, conveyors, buggys, Coating Machineries, Powder booths, blast pots, Hoppers, Fluidizing beds. Spray Guns, Nozzles Etc.and other general layouts of Machineries and civil sketches.

To instigate studies and actions to overcome quality and safety problems and improve team performance.

Together with production team, monitor process performance in order to identify gray areas for reducing / elimination of bottlenecks on shift.

Responsible for training of production staff in (SOP) standard operating procedures and ensure regular audits to verify sop’s are followed up in production line.

Ensure regular audits to verify HSE policy is adhered in all activities of the plant . lead the incident investigation team and follow up on corrective actions.

Assist in conducting management of change (MOC) for new process requirements and machinery.

Responsible for setting up, monitoring and training of production team to monitor statistical process control ( SPC ) and recommended for improvements.

Monitor, analyze PONC and recommended for improvements.

Monitor non conformance and corrective actions related to product, process and quality systems.

Update the management on weekly basis.

Local IT coordination to solve day to day IT issues, communicate with IT administrator on IT requirements.

Work responsibilities as Quality Engineer:

Conducting all type of inspections.

Analyzing quality problems to implementing corrective

actions.

Planning and doing receiving inspection.

Handling of all type of instruments.

Conducting SPC studies for all critical operation on

monthly basis.

Conducting PPAP documents.

Monthly Production Rejection Report.

Conducting 5Y & 8D Analysis.

Attend and solve the Customer complaint.

Maintain the Standard Operation Process.
