Development of Kyocera 300 Module (M300) and software sustenance. This product is developed for Machine to Machine communication. It is based on Qualcomm’s Single Chip (QSC) 6055 which supports GPS, Java, GPIO, FOTA, Simple IP, Mobile IP, SMS, and KMIP commands and AT commands. It is designed for metering, asset tracking, fleet management, telephony, safety measurement for cars, roadside call boxes etc. This product could be a wireless modem, portable device, personal digital assistant (PDA), or any device that can make use of the CDMA Module services. The Module offers the benefit of CDMA technology without building a CDMA phone.

This project involves development of tracking technology using GPS. The BREW APIs are used to develop this Aircon product. Aircon product works on CDMA network and leverages many advanced techniques in vehicle and asset tracking. The application is designed to track the asset and vehicle by using geo fence feature which allows administrators to demarcate routes by alerting administrators when a route’s path has been violated. Aircon products can be used in multiple applications including Telemetry, Asset Monitoring/Tracking, and Theft recovery.
Modifying the M300 AMSS software for the feature sets such as GPS, Data Call, and Battery detection & gauging…etc supported by the Aircon product and fixing the bugs in the AMSS layer

Development of internal tool to download the BREW application using the BREW apploader’s CUI and collect application’s log file.

This project enables mobile voice for the visually handicapped. It is a lightweight BREW application tailored for low to mid end phones and by modifying mobiles OEM layer in emerging markets. It is very much useful to store and retrieve the mobile’s contact details and call logs using the low memory occupying pre-recorded voices.
Customize the Qualcomm’s AMSS layer in order to play the pre-recorded voices in corresponding places.
