Job Description:
Design Preparation
- Responsible on preparation of conceptual plans such as interiors, furniture designs
and broadcast facilities (radio and TV studios), building structures
(transmitter
shelters, TV/radio complex) and interior fit-outs
- Prepares material specifications, scope of works according to client’s Requirement and desire
- Integrates and simulates all design trades such as electrical/mechanical/fire protection to complete design requirement
