Routine maintenance which includes but is not limited to the following:

Field fault analysis – determines if instrument has failed or if it is a process problem.

Field calibration of instrumentation utilizing proper test equipment.

Complete overhaul in shop environment to include component replacements, alignments and calibration to specifications of record.

Repair of signal transmission facility such as tubing, wiring, etc.

Instrumentation to include pneumatic, electronic and digital equipment.

Install, service, repair and test the instrumentation component of plant machinery and equipment such as packaging equipment, processing equipment, air compressors, and boilers.

Installation of new control circuits, modification of existing instrument/electrical systems as requested, to include design, load and Implementation of new control logic.

Service, install, repair and calibrate electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments, such as flow meters, scales, date code printers, gauges, transmitters, controllers, switches, regulators etc.

D.C. Motors, Induction Motors, Motor starters and controls, Lighting Repairs and intensity checks, Basic PNID drawings, Electronic meters (multimeter, Megohm meter, and tachometer.

Distribution Breaker panels and its components, Transformer and Capacitor banks.

Plant DCS and PLC control systems, Plant Processing Equipment, Plant Blow Mold Machines.

Personal protective equipment (PPE), Lock-out tag-out systems, securing work area.

Power tools (Hand drill, etc.)

Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
