I have a pleasant phone voice and personality. I have many years of experience in client consultations and interactions, scheduling appointments for small and large groups, drafting and sending correspondence to clients, and other responsibilities related to general office duties. I feel very qualified to accept the responsibilities of this position.

I have over 20 years of customer service experience. I am comfortable working with a wide variety of people.
