ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
« As a plant In charge fully responsible in all field of production.
« Responsible for achieving monthly target.
« Operations & Maintenance of Simem MSO 3000, Schwing stetter CP18,CP30. MC 150. M1-MCI 360 and H2.25N Concrete
Batching Plants.
« Conduct routine checks of the batching line and other allied equipment in good condition.
« Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance program.
« Manage troubleshooting of daily equipment trouble.
« Control maintenance tools and equipment costs within budget.
« Preparing maintenance schedule for plant, TM ¦S, Pumps etc
« Co-ordination with Customers, Sales Team and line pump Teams to ensure Jobs are carried out effectively.
« Giving proper instruction to plant operators, dispatch clerks, drivers and all related staff for
the smooth running of plant.
« Always be in contact with plant operators, dispatch Clerks, technicians, drivers for the smooth running
of plant.
« Customer satisfaction.
« Continuous Production monitoring.
