ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering
Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, 2012
FEA Analysis of Centrifugal Blower
This project involves modeling and analysis of Centrifugal blower made of Fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) Composite material with Aluminum as baseline for noise reduction.
The blower model was designed by using solid modeling software using Pro/E-wildfire-2
The model was then meshed with 3D TET meshing using Hypermesh.
Performed modal analysis using 10 different natural frequencies performed on both Aluminum and FRP composite material using ANSYS.
Purpose was to design a blower with most optimal design while meeting noise reduction target.
Advanced CAD Projects (Pro-E Wildfire 4.0/Pro-Mechanica, SolidWorks and AutoCAD)
Designing of intricate assemblies involving Connecting Rod, Crankshaft, Engine Head, Housing, Engine Block and other complex geometries.
Creating models and drawings for Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. (GD&T).
Static, dynamic analysis for 3D and 2D (plan stress, plane strain and beam models using Pro/Mechanica and Abaqus.
