Oversight of poorly performing location but revitalized performance through team building, top line sales increases and bringing solid execution to the forefront. Extensive team training and development initiatives along with local advertising and community outreach supported turn-around effort. Marketing initiatives and campaigns were extensive and creative, including associations with some of the following: Food Provider for Providence Bruins and visiting AHL teams, PR Events and viewing parties, relationships fostered with the Circus / Disney on Ice, Monster Jam and various venue events. Large focus on delivery sales contributing $10,000 in increased sales through a 4-month initiative. Dedicated and committed focus to deliver results for the guests, brand image and support teams.
