Having worked for over 9 years in an IT firm, I am an experienced IT Customer Service Representative. I have the ability to identify customer needs in the most demanding situations and provide appropriate help and advice. I have a range of experiences in customer service roles. I have worked with people from various socio cultural backgrounds and I am proficient in a number of languages including French and Hindi.
