PROJECT TITLE : BY PRODUCT PLANT OF COKE OVEN BATTERY-11, BSP-BHILAI

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

A. I have been working as a Manager and Site-Coordinator. Here I have carried out installation, testing & commissioning jobs of electrical equipments e.g. TRANSFORMERS, INTELLIGENT MCC, LT PCC, EPMCC, LT Breakers, 25 & 15 KVA UPS, and HTMCC. Testing and commissioning of HT MOTORS, LT motors upto 200 kw. Establishment of Modbus & Profibus Communication in between relays of PCC/MCC & DCS, CONTROLLER of ETP PANEL with DCS. Commissioning of L&T make M-COMPS & F-COMPS relays. Testing, commissioning of ELECTROSTATIC TAR PRECIPITATOR has also been done.

B. At present my primary responsibilities are to look after the whole site as deputy site in charge; planning; endeavoring site co-ordination like coordinating with H.O., Clients, vendors/suppliers for all types of issues and disputes of the whole site that may cause impediment in the progress of my project.

2. PREVIOUS PROJECT : Modernization of IISCO,SAIL, Burnpur

PROJECT PERIOD : 19.12.2011- 10.10.2014.

PROJECT TITLE : BYPRODUCT PLANT OF COKE OVEN BATTERY-11, ISP, Burnpur.

DESIGNATION : Asst. Manager & then Deputy Manager - Electrical

3. PREVIOUS PROJECT: An extension project of CHP of Santaldih Thermal Power Station (250 Mw Generating station).

PROJECT PERIOD : 20.06.2011-19.12.2011.

ROLE DESCRIPTION - Erection testing and commissioning of MCPs for 160 kw motor of conveyors for bunkers. Erection, testing & commissioning of safety switches like pull chord switches, belt sway switches, zero speed switches. Erection, testing and commissioning of bunker level sensors. Testing and commissioning of tripper conveyors.

4. PREVIOUS PROJECT : Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 2MTPA lead & zinc beneficiation process plant of HINDUSTAN ZINC LIMITED, (287 Crore EPC Contract) Dariba, Rajasthan and at Rampura Agucha have been done respectively.

POJECT PERIOD : June 2009 – May 2011

DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager Electrical.

ROLE DESCRIPTION : The above mentioned two projects are for lead & zinc preparation process plants. The plants comprises of Main process plants consisting of grinders, concentrate tanks, scavengers, agitators, pumps, analyzers, fine ore bins & Primary, Secondary/Tertiary Crusher houses, Tripper Conveyors system, thickeners. These plants were fully of Automation system controlled by DCS system.

5. Company : Worked AT MSC OF VODAFONE ESSAR EAST LTD., AGARPARA,W.BENGAL

Designation : Electrical Engineer (O&M) at MSC site

Duration : 3rd December, 2008 – 10 June 2009.

Responsibility: Operation & Maintenance of HT/LT Panel & MDB. Maintenance of TRANSFORMERs & CIRCUIT BREAKERs. Maintenance of LT Distribution System by Proper Fault Rectification & Regular basis maintenance. Idea of cable commissioning & connection of all equipments of Mobile switching centre. Operating EMERSION POWER SYSTEM & UPS (6-60 KVA). Data Management, Material Management, Site Development & Dealing with various service providers.
