Managed C-RAM operations in three Regional Commands including RC-South, RC-Southwest, and RC-West; provided direct supervisor for four managers and eight team leads. Tasked with planning, coordinating, and implementing Contractor Manning AO requirements that include logistics, personnel support, establishing/maintaining integrated schedules, team building, and liaising with Theater staff. Customer liaison at multiple levels of command; administer performance evaluations and assist the Regional Manager in overseeing the daily operational/functional team needs.
Key Accomplishments:
Initiated and implemented quarterly training evaluations for C-RAM operators to help maintain and evaluate their technical proficiencies.
Maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rating for six consecutive evaluation periods, based on customer surveys.
US ARMY Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan 06/2009 – 05/2011
Regional Command – East Liaison Officer to Regional Command- Capital
Served as an essential communication channel between Regional Command East and Regional Command Capital. Actively participated in current/future operations planning to determine if proper coordination efforts were executed and disseminated to the correct personnel/agencies.
Key Accomplishments:
Resolved cross-boundary issues and ensured proper coordination between commands.
Coordinated US aviation assets for the first-ever Afghan National Security Force (ANSF)-led operation in Musshai District, Kabul province.
US ARMY Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan 05/2008 – 05/2009
Operations Officer - US National Command Element
Provided operational support to three US combat units in four forward operational bases within Regional Commands South & West. Tracked/reported all significant activity of these units to the Joint Service Command – Afghanistan through the Command Post of the Future (CPOF), and the Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE).
Key Accomplishments:
Managed the Commander’s Emergency Response Program (CERP), and supported three provinces, two Provincial Reconstruction Teams, and one Infantry rifle company in processing and managing projects worth over $15M in humanitarian aid.
Supported and provided over $5.3M in food and clothing requests for units in Regional Commands South and West.
US ARMY Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan 05/2006 – 05/2008
Targeting Officer/ Chief of Fires - Regional Command South
Developed, coordinated, and tracked deliberate and dynamic target packages for prosecution during kinetic operations. Designed/implemented the Dynamic Target SOP that standardized the prosecution of time-sensitive targets in Regional Command South. Developed/implemented Fire Support Plans for kinetic operations utilizing multi-national fire support assets in producing fire support plans that optimally were multipurpose, tailorable, scalable and agile.
Key Accomplishments:
Fielded the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in Regional Command South; facilitated the rapid approval of both deliberate/dynamic targets by higher HQ.
Leveraged the technological advantages of ISAF fire support assets to cause second-and third-order effects.

Field Operations Manager – Lewes Facility
Managed five supervisors. Developed/implemented an inventory database to track and maintain inventory control of state-owned property and assets. Developed/established SOPs for the facility beginning with a Security SOP.
