COMPLETE RAW, PACKAGING AND GENERAL MATERIAL STORES FUNCTION:

Receipts, storage lot identification, issuance to the production maintaining FIFO systems keeping the materials under standard stacking norms, cleanliness of the materials receipts, maintaining hygiene and safety within the work area.

RECORDS KEEPING:

Maintains different registers, files, soft as well as hard copy etc. to produce any time as requirement as ready reference.

PRODUCTION PLAN: System

Assured of having sufficient stocks of Raw and Packing Material to achieve the 100% production plan as per schedule.

JOB PROFILS:

1. Checking & verifying the material with the challan/ bill at main store.

2. Handing the labor related to material handling, loading & unloading of material from the trucks.

3. Short receipt, damages, rejection, loss in transit, insurance claim, clearance of bills and claims from supplier & transporter.

4. Drawing the sample of each consignment for the Q.C. test.

5. Maintaining BIN card of all items and updating the same on daily basis.

6 Preparing GRN on receipt of material in the system developed by excel.

7. Issuing the material to the concerned dep’t. Against requisition and follow up the FIFO system.

8. Inventory Management system and capable enough in maintaining the required inventory Level of materials independently in the store.

9. Preparing RGP/NRGP to send the materials outside the factory premises.

10. Follow up with corporate /venders/suppliers/transporters to ensure the timely delivery of material.

11. Physical verification of packing materials in daily basis & General material twice in a month, to avoid any discrepancies.

12. Proper maintenance of all records of store.

13. Communicate with purchase dep’t, for pending indented material & send weekly reminder for the same.

14. Communicate with the transporter/ corporate office & with Logistics Dep’t. Regarding transit material & status of the same.
