Project Name: USGCA US Mainline Enhancement (Phase 1) Company: Tulsa Inspection Resources for Enbridge Energy Project Description: Phase 1 involves increasing capacity on Line 67 from 450,000 barrels per day to 570,000 barrels per day into Enbridge’s Superior, Wis. terminal. The increase in capacity required installing new pumping horsepower and crude oil tanks at existing sites.
