“Mobile Care” is front end web-based customer support software which is developed for reliance call center’s as an order entry system which improves productivity and efficiency of the Support Team, thus lowering IT costs and administrative expenses. It tracks the concerns and issues including customer requests and problems and provide solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities:

Application Software Quality Assurance testing, Field/Customer Support, Help Desk, and email system.

Cross Browser Testing is a functional testing of the HSBC Payments website in different languages on six browsers. CBT includes Sort Site Testing, Screen Reading (JAWS), Accessibility Testing, and Functional Testing of the HSBC Payments website.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include log in as various users into the application and test manually and visually whether the application is available and accessible to various users.

Manually tested written the test plan, test cases and test data in MS Word and MS excel for the application for software bugs.

Worked closely with other users and Management team to finalize the test plans.

Executed the Manual test cases and tested the application with predefined test data.
