Responsible for producing quality products (axils, knuckles) for Ford and GM.

Working on various team disciplines like APQP, PPAP ( PFMEA, Control plans, DFM) to check product

quality, GD&T, gauge/fixture design and build.

Roll-Cage Design which accommodated a Briggs and Stratton 10hp engine.

Responsible for incorporating minimum space surrounding the driver using the material tubular steel

conducting Vibration Analysis along all fracture points with data acquisition in LMS Test Lab.

Incorporated a firewall separating the cockpit from the engine providing an ample amount of emergency time

5 sec and conducting UTM Testing on the tubular steel material with structural testing for strength and noise.

resources in the environment. So we came up with an idea of designing a Car with the renewable Source of energy

(Solar). The Chassis is developed by using Catia V5 and by considering various Aerodynamic & Ergonomic Issues.

AFFILIATIONS

Participated in many National wide robotic events and was awarded merit certificates.

Worked as an active member in Robotics club in my Under Graduation.
