Facilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of facilities management functions; primarily to maintain a safe, clean, comfortable environment for clients/residents by having a working knowledge of building systems and code requirements. Perform preventative and routine maintenance and repairs on building and systems. Maintain equipment logs, records, operational data and history. Write routine reports. Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair, as well as plumbing. Maintain cooling systems maintenance to pumps and air handling equipment. Handle chemicals used for cooling towers and roof top units, and responsible for upkeep of sensors and probes. Execute emergency procedures on building systems. Solicit and oversee contractors and vendors for systems’ repair and procurement. Complete work orders in timely and professional manner. Coordinate facility moves and build-outs. Perform extensive painting, and drywall patch repair. Maintain upkeep of first-impression areas. Test and schedule inspections and maintain proper documentation on the fire protection systems. Conduct fire and disaster drills. Provide after-hours support to all building emergency services. Experience includes working on building automation; performing operational checks to ensure equipment operations within parameters and at maximum efficiencies; maintaining physical structural condition of properties according to operations and safety standards by diagnosing problems, making repairs, and completing work orders in a timely manner.
