Duties and Responsibilities
Performs close monitoring of all activities within the premises and coordinate to assigned security personnel to immediately respond to any safety or security threats.
Ensures CCTV devices are in good working, condition. Report equipment failure to immediate superior for proper action.
Maintains the security and privacy of the CCTV control room. Ensures that no one is allowed without valid authorization.
Attend to security related concern. Review and investigate incident through the CCTV footage.
Ensure the timely submission of the CCTV operator’s report and other report as may be required by the immediate superior.
Identifies vulnerable areas inside the premises and recommends security improvement to these areas.
Provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiency with all inquiries.
Ensures all events and special instructions has been recorded in the logbook.
Task to handles and process (PRR) Production Requirements Reservation via email.
Task to manage deployment of Security and Emergency Medical service (EMS) requirements in all of the TV5 events.
Monitoring of the Access Control Systems (ACS).
Inform his/ her immediate superior in times of irregularity, through verbal, email or by telephone.
Required to attend daily guard mounting and security related activities initiated by the agency and the client.
Abide to the rules and regulations of the agency and the clients as well.
