TSC Manufacturing and Supply, Houston, TX Sept. 2015- Present

Mechanical Designer, Involved with the new innovative design and style of the TSC Pressure Plunger Pump. Design and produce 3d models and detail dwgs for all the components for the Pressure Plunger Pumps. Pump designs includes the Uniforce UF-3200, UF-3175, UF-3040, UF-2020 and UF-1010. Collaborate with the Lead Design Engineer and Director of engineering on a regular basis to complete projects in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors to help with the selection of raw materials and hardware to produce parts and the overall product. Also involve with the design of the Power Frames for the pumps which are made from Gray Cast Iron and other components such as the Shaft which is made from Ductile Cast Iron. Produce models and drawings for the Casting and Machine version of parts. Assist in collaberating with CNC Machinist to troubleshoot machining problems. Also produce solidwork renderings and other different images of the UF pumps for manuels and procedures and for marketing purposes.

Mechanical Designer, Contract: Designed and produced 3d models, detail drawings, weldments, installations and assemblies for satellite antenna systems such as the mobile and flyaway antennas with the use of solidworks and autocad software.
