With over 30 years combined experience as a competitive athlete and as a trainer, my experiences and my knowledge are used to help clients discover their athletic potential and to train them to that potential. Using healthy coaching techniques, sound nutrition, personal training, and cross training methodologies, each workout is specifically designed for, and tailored to, the individual client. Group sessions are tailored and designed to achieve the group objective. My personal goal is to help clients change unhealthy behaviors and habits, as well as to help them achieve their personal fitness and sports related goals.
