Responsible for the actual day to day production activities.
Supervise production runs to ensure equipments are operated in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Oversees performance of processes throughout production to include quality assurance of each product and execution of process to achieve optimum utilization of machine, man, material and method.
Does inventory and ordering of raw materials for day to day operation use. Ensure that raw materials consistently arrive at production facilities on time.
Monitors technician’s daily schedule and status of assigned tasks.
Coordinates with Supply and Quality Engineering Department regarding raw material defects.
Implements all guidelines, SOP and policies on Safety, Housekeeping and Security in the area.
Work closely with quality control and health and safety department. Ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the plant produces quality results.
Provide assistance and direction to technicians in proper plant procedures and manufacturing methods. Involving preventive measures to ensure that plant operations are able to meet output quotas and deadlines.
Coordinates with the line head to improve processes to increase plant production efficiency and quality.

Job Description: Performed BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) Analysis, learned how to use Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) for the determination of heavy metals in certain samples of wastewater and also Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) for the study of water quality for freshwaters. Executed Total Suspended Solids (TSS) which served as a general indicator for the overall quality of the sample.
