Key Recognitions for Year 2016 from Business StakeHolders:

In the Words of Adrian Gonzalez,

I am writing to convey my extremely favorable opinion on the work Karthick Sivappan (SK) performed as the test lead on the Smart Credit Project. In my role as the owning technical manager and CS TDM, I worked closely with him and firmly believe that without his knowledge, persistence, and dedication we would not have delivered the project within the very tight timeframe. SK displayed a strong understanding of TMO’s system processes and their corresponding system and data flows. He worked doggedly and efficiently to bring the right people together to understand defects, identify root causes, and bring closure to complex issues. Almost immediately after concluding all meetings he sent out a concise summary containing next steps and a timeline. Finally, his ability to present a calm and confident demeanor during stressful project periods instilled confidence in the full team, including myself. All these characteristics provided him with a very high degree of credibility with the project team, including the business. SK proved a vital asset to the project and I welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

Your test management effort was OUTSTANDING - I do not believe that Smart Credit would have met the June-11 deadline without your persistence and diligence.

In the Words of Milton Reilly,

I just wanted to let you know how awesome SK is! I have worked with him over the last few releases for Smart Credit and his updates and communication have been stellar. I also have witnessed him driving troubleshooting and finding ways to solve difficult problems. Not only did he start great, but he has improved with every release. I hope to work with him more in the future.

In the Words of Dixit Bhooshan,

I am writing to let you know that I really appreciate the work that Karthick has put in on the Malbec MVP project as an Overall test lead. I believe Karthick was put in this position of an Overall test lead at a very late stage in the project lifecycle and I must say, I am impressed by the way he has quickly been able to get a grasp of the various components of this projects. He has been working extremely hard putting in easily over 12hrs of work days for the past few weeks. He is constantly on top of issues on this project and gets things sorted out with a very short turnaround time. Sincerely admire the effort he and the rest of the team are putting on this project.

In the Words of Manivasagam Sundar,

I just wanted to send out a quick recognition for Karthick for his effort in the ‘EIP for Accessories’ project. He has been a great EQM partner & an incredible onsite PTL for this project’s 07/30 release. He was always on top of EQM related tasks, very proactive and had gone beyond his responsibilities to do everything needed for the project to stay on track, especially when there were environment hiccups and/or critical defects. I have heard from all levels of the project team including several key stakeholders of how appreciative they are of Karthick’s effort/commitment to help the project hitting ‘Test Complete’ milestone. He has truly been a great asset to this project and I am glad for the opportunity I got to work with him on this project.

Karthick,

Thanks for all the hard work you’ve done on this project and for your continued partnership. I hope we get to work together in many more projects down the road…!
