Carryout first line maintenance on marine and safety equipment as instructed

Assist in the care and maintenance of the vessel’s machinery, tools and accommodation, ensuring all work areas are maintained in a safe condition

Assist during rig moves and anchor handling operations as directed

Assist in ongoing operations as instructed by Bosun/Stability Section Leader

Effectively use all safety and environmental tools employed Seadrill

Complete training requirements in a timely manner

Perform all emergency duties as per designation on station bill NOV 2011 – FEB 2013 SEADRILL

ROUSTABOUT

Keep main deck areas clean and free of safety hazards

Ensure all deck and equipment maintenance areas are kept clean

Ensure tools are properly stored in designated areas at all times

Attend pre/post tour, special operations and weekly safety meetings

Perform other duties as assigned including laundry, painting, etc. JAN 2008 – NOV 2011 DIAMOND OFFSHORE

MARINE ROUSTABOUT

Monitor and perform daily preventive maintenance on pump room equipment

Unscrew/tighten pipes, casing, tubing and pump rods

Dismantle/repair oil field machinery, boilers and steam engine parts

Inspect flow lines using electronic detectors to locate leaks DEC 2006 – JAN 2008 DIAMOND OFFSHORE

CRANE ROUSTABOUT

Inspect/ lubricate cranes as required

Inspect crane systems, equipment and associated rig equipment

Inspect, maintain and keep a complete inventory of all slings, chains, ropes, shackles and other hoisting equipment
