Implemented a carrier shift from courier to forwarder consolidation realizing $400k cost saving per year, while reducing shipment processing time 5X and increasing department efficiency and output

Completed an airport shuttle carrier switch resulting in $3K savings per month

Established a Customs and Trade Compliance program for the DNA microarray factory as it transitioned from an R&D platform to a trade revenue entity

Partnered with Agilent Global Trade for re-classification of DNA Microarrays products away from laboratory reagents and into “parts of analytical equipment” reducing US import duty rate from 6% to zero

Lead the logistics testing and training for an acquisition integration. Testing and training completed on time to meet day one go live.
