CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION

Managing inspecting activities like instruments calibration, installation, loop checking, troubleshooting, transmitters, etc.

Handling the project / installation of Durag and Yokogawa based SOX NOX system and other environmental equipment’s.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

Planning and effectuating preventive / predictive maintenance schedules of fully automatic control system and instruments to increase plant up time/ reliability.

Handling operations, maintenance & repairing of control valves, pneumatic valves, calibration of temperature transmitters, RTD, PID controllers, temperature controllers, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, pressure switch and temperature switch.

Overseeing control loop modifications, loop configuration & maintenance, condition monitoring of control rooms & field.

INSTALLATION

Reviewing engineering drawings, termination schedules, routine maintenance & calibration of various instruments, Instruments Loop Diagram (ILD), Data Sheets, etc. as per the modifications made on site.

Carrying out the overhauling work of equipment’s, modifications and major repairs to improve equipment efficiency by faultfinding. Carried out the erection
