Title: Vice President (Global Data Center Operations)
Role: Data Quality Assurance Manager
Responsible for the quality of data across Citi Technology Infrastructure’s suite of Data Center Asset Management applications. Work closely with Finance to address issues arising from deficient data, incorrect data mappings, process gaps and client billing related matters. Work with data owners to ensure golden source data is properly maintained. Perform continuous improvement reviews and provide valued feedback to strengthen best practices. Utilize LEAN/SIX Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
Role: Business Analyst
Responsible for the management of multiple core applications leveraged by Citigroup’s Technology Infrastructure organization for the purpose of Data Center Asset Procurement, and Asset Management. Actively involved in all facets of application innovation, design and support. Involved in day to day development, support and product enhancement. Collaborate with various Citi businesses on development of BRDs (Business Requirements Documents). Manage a support team on day to day operations.
Role: Compliance Analyst
Responsible for addressing all audit and compliance related matters, risk self-assessments (RCSA), and continuity of business related processes and procedures (documentation, tests, call trees, training and awareness). Interact with Compliance and COB Management to ensure group’s adherence to compliance and control and continuity of business practices. Work with Management to ensure they have completed all required entitlement reviews and assessments as per corporate policy. Safe guard all vital records and documents both on and off site. Review and maintain all Process Control Manuals (PCMs), Technical Risk Assessments (TRAMS) in accordance with CITMP standards.
