Reporting to the Vice President of Technology and Engineering, managed a staff of over 400 with budgets exceeding $25M leading a business-wide, multi-site organization including off-shore resources responsible for development and support of test equipment and simulators within the Honeywell AES $4B business.

Designed, implemented, and led a new technology organization with nine site leaders, in addition to Program Management, and Strategic Technology functions across multiple site locations.

Enabled successful project execution and business-wide strategy deployment with projected savings of $35M over five years through implementation of common test processes, architectures, and strategic supplier management.

Air Transport Systems

Program Manager 2000 - 2001

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Platforms Product Line and the VP of Technology and Engineering, managed a cross-functional, division-wide team in the successful development and deployment of a D1-9000 Advanced Quality System (AQS) compliant process achieving stringent Boeing and Airbus audit requirements. Core development team consisted of Operations, Supply Management, Quality, Six Sigma and Engineering members.

Commercial Aviation Systems

Program Manager/Marketing Manager/Product Line Manager 1998 - 2000

Reporting to the Director of Displays and Controls Product Line and member of the Displays Leadership Team, performed multiple leadership roles, including Program Management of next generation aircraft displays for the Business Jet, Regional Aircraft and Helicopter (BRH) markets.

Program managed development and production of the DU-1080 and DU-1310 Next Generation LCD primary flight aircraft displays for the BRH marketplace. Managed selection and performance of domestic and international suppliers including contract negotiations and delivery requirements. Oversight of development and sustaining projects with a total budget in excess of $6M.

As a member of the Displays Leadership Team, supported creation of Product Line Strategic Plans to identify new product needs, existing product updates and sustaining efforts along with the required budget estimates. Created and implemented marketing strategies for aircraft display products including trade show displays, marketing brochures and customer demonstrations. Successfully provided pursuit, marketing, proposal and demonstration support for Honeywell Defense Avionics Systems (DAS) Division, which led to a major program win. Received Space and Aviation Control Partnering Award for outstanding cross-organizational cooperation and achievement.
