Head/ supervisor for 15 accounting team members (3 seniors, 4 seniors assistant, 4 staff accountants and 4 general ledger accountants), and manages all accounting and finance reporting responsibilities for 95 Companies with 1250 employees, which operate around the clock and generate $95 million in annual revenue.

Handles tax planning, tax estimate and filing of all corporate tax (S, C, LLC, fiduciary and exempt corporations). Also handles capital gain, selling the fixed assets and all kind of exchange (1031, 1033).

Handles wide variety of personal tax returns with all required schedules (A, B, C, D, E) and forms (4797,8962, etc.)

Supervises the accounting staff in preparing payroll, handling AP/AR, sales and use tax, property tax, bookkeeping, coding and preparing financial statements and ensure all reporting systems are set up properly to reflect current employee base, in line with contracts; implements policies and procedures to improve accounting process.
