Resolving queries from client through email and SLS.
Tracking and analyzing the performance of the employees through the data obtained during out scan. Productivity of employee on hourly basis is obtained using this report.
Implementing Quality Checking & Quality Auditing to ensure deliverables are met as per standards.
Develop Courier Performance Report through MIS. It involves capturing the time taken by the vendor to meet his deliverables, calculating his performance. Reports are delivered to the clients for their analysis.
