Developed fully customized life-cycle fatigue testing machines for NASA, Boeing, Goodrich, GE, Heico etc. by using AC/brushless DC/stepper motors, PLC controllers, encoders, torque sensors and .Net programming.

Developed test fixtures for Brose to test vibration frequency and friction force of flexible shafts by using micro-controllers, laser sensors, force transducers and LabVIEW programming.

Designed and implemented a data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) to monitor hundreds of machines and to create real-time machine utilization report via PLC controller, SQL database and .Net programming.
