Developed fully customized life-cycle fatigue testing machines for NASA, Boeing, Goodrich, GE, Heico etc. by using AC/brushless DC/stepper motors, PLC controllers, encoders, torque sensors and .Net programming.

Developed test fixtures for Brose to test vibration frequency and friction force of flexible shafts by using micro-controllers, laser sensors, force transducers and LabVIEW programming.

Designed and implemented a data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) to monitor hundreds of machines and to create real-time machine utilization report via PLC controller, SQL database and .Net programming.

Developed fully parametric mechatronic systems to test mechanical properties of flexible shafts.

Developed plant automation systems to improve efficiency of manufacturing processes.
