Design/development of a future model Instrument Panel in Catia V5 including manufacturing, assembly, and design feasibility in the Design Studio. Generating of fit and finish sections in Catia V5 including RSS Tolerance Stack Analysis. Climate control duct design including CFD analysis of flow characteristics. Packaging of all electrical modules in a Instrument panel including wire routing and harness orientations for assembly and service operations. Design and development of a Cross Car Beam system.
