Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance for Machines & Utilities. Solve the Machine Breakdowns & doing Kaizen & Improvement Activities like QC and Problem Solving by using Problem Solving Techniques.

I can able to work even or under the 11,000 volts & Maintain the Machines uptime. I can able to do the problems solve during DG, Transformer, Panels and all Productivity Machines Breakdowns.

In able in preventive maintance in Transformers &DG sets

In Utilitiy Side for DG. I can able to done in A- checks, B- checks & C- checks and making as Documentation Work for Overall Activities.

Under in Preventive Maintenance I had an Servicing by Personal for the Purpose of Maintaining Equipment and Facilities in Satisfactory Operating Condition by Providing for Systematic Inspection, Detection and Correction of Incipeint Failures Either Before they Occur or Before they Develop into Major Defects.

Under in Predictive Maintenance I had a Promise of to Allow Convenient Scheduling of Corrective Maintenance, and to Prevent unexpected Equipment Failures.

Here, Yearly Once we had an Allotment for the Overall Maintenance by Annual Maintenance.We had done Transformer IR Test & Winding Resistance Test in that Time.

I had done Earth Pit Resistance Testing for Transformer, DG, MV Panels for Yearly Once.
