Responsible for training of new Line Leads on machines, specs, procedures and how to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and integrity

Line Lead 3s are responsible for reporting the progress, capabilities and limitations of the new trainees

Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable federal, state and local laws.

Responsible for the hiring and training of new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolve issues.

Responsible for scheduling, maintaining and approving employees work hours on a daily basis. Work with employees on any scheduling and payroll issues.
