1st June 2014 to present, working as a Document controller at Nicholson Jones Partnership Engineering Consultancy LLC.

Main Functions:

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and internal/external correspondence.

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Generate the various document control reports as required .

Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs

Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.

Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.

Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

8 May 2011 to 8 June 2011, working as a trainee at Public Prosecution in Human Resources Department - Ibra.

Main Functions:

Handling employees leave applications and record them in the system.

Handling the admin-requirements of the employees (documents, stationery, etc)

Recoding the details on new employees.

Issuing staff & visitors cards.

18 January to May 2011, working as a trainee at Oman Tel in the Human Resources Department - Muscat.

Main Functions:

Participated in a project to update over 800 employees date in the system.

Update employee information cards.

Check the validity of the employee's personal document (IDs & Passports).

Update the qualifications.

Make sure of the Personal File (PF) is up to date.

File-net the PFs through Oracle system against each employee.

Handling leave request.

1st July to August 2010, working as a trainee at Ministry of Housing in the Quality Assurance Department, Muscat.

Main Functions:

Handling leave request and submit leaver report to the Dept Head.

Preparing official letters.

1st July to August 2009, working as a trainee at Directory General of Regional Municipalities Environment and Water Resources for North Sharqiuyah Region in the Human Resources Department.

Main Functions:

Preparing Emergency leave to the employees.

Preparing official letters.

Maintain a log for the correspondents using the references.

Prepare a report for department of Transportation on the broken vehicles.

1st July to August 2008, working as a trainee at Bank Dhofar in Customer Services Department.

Main Functions:

Preparing Bank cards request for the customers.

Running a survey to the customers to know the feedback of using temporary and permanent money transfer to different account holders within or with other banks.
