There was six portal was for IDBIfederal life insurance for different purpose.

Agency Portal: This is user by insurance broking agent over India

Banca Portal: This portal used by Bank employee all over India.

Support Portal: This Portal used by customer care executive

Customer Portal: this used by end user to see and generate his/her premium statement, unit statement etc.

Pulse Portal: this is for internal employee for IDBIFederal life insurance

Responsibilities:

•Optimizing the Page performance and complete SharePoint Application.

•Working As SharePoint Consultant alone resource at onsite premises to handle Six Portal, if bug, enhancement, escalation, development, production issue transpire, I was the single point of contact to respond the top level management.

•Using Google Analytics, Web Master to enhance the page performance of the portal
