Roles & Responsibilities:
Supported the project for setting up Contact Center Operations and technologies with an overall budget of over 1 Million USD.
Lead requirements gathering workshops / JAD / Interviews and prepare detailed Business Requirement Document (BRDs) and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTMs)
Assist in successful Project Initiation, Project Scoping and Maintaining Project schedules.
Create and update business modelling deliverables including Business Process Models, Activity Diagrams, Flow Charts, Service Level Agreements and use cases to document to-business model.
Perform Gap analysis, identify and recommend process level improvements projects.
Create an intelligent BA work plan and task breakdown.
