I started as a dishwasher in the restaurant and I became the head dishwasher and I made the schedule and stocked the food truck twice a week. As I got older I started going on a caterings and help set up the tables and food, serve the guest food and drinks. Then I started driving the van on caterings. My father was the head man so I worked when I could or needed to, it was like an all time temporary job.
