Project Description: The Career Resource Network (CRN) is LHH’s proprietary, web-based job resource and search web based portal that connects individuals to career, industry and company information, networking opportunities and new job leads.

Project Description: FedEx Revenue pricing project is a strategic initiative by FedEx to streamline its Billing & pricing. Goal of the project is to validate end to end Revenue flow with pricing logic changes. FedEx is revamping its holistic approach towards pricing its customers. The structure based approach has huge revenue impacts.
As a QA project lead for this project I manage an Onsite Offshore based team of 15 members. I lead the Test Planning, design, Testing Framework, Test data design and Scripts creation. The goal is to ensure the pricing structure changes that are integrated in pricing system reconcile to revenue generation and is hitting appropriate Revenue systems in order to bill customer correctly. The project has been planned across multiple releases, currently we are in Release 2.0.

Description: There are approximately 5,800 FedEx Authorized Shipping Centres (FASC). A majority of FASCs purchase third-party POS applications to help manage their stores. FASC’s make money on shipping by receiving volume-based discounts from FedEx and adding a margin to their customer pricing. All retail CSP’s use the FSM API for FedEx shipping functionality. This helps to ensure that FedEx rates and commitment times appear as quickly as competitor’s information, which is important when a customer is waiting for a carrier comparison. When rates change or discount tiers change, those changes are to be tested at a very short time span due to business requirements.
