•Diagnosed a companywide issue with auto classifications and developed the training needed for staff, resulting in increased auto premiums for the company.
•Created a Department of Transportation (DOT) review process for every Construction risk at CNA, taught the process and use of DOT to Risk Control and Underwriting.
