I was responsible for the financial budget of these programs where that budget has ranged from $5MM to over $50 MM. Peak resourcing was typically over 100 resources. Also, these programs were multi-year efforts involving multiple projects and software vendors. These implementations have spanned from the ERP system to the manufacturing floor. My role typically began with business case development and continued through final delivery. My focus has been to ensure the team has the right resources, capabilities and tools to deliver on the technology while continuously communicating with executives on how the business results will be delivered.
