Production Manager, California Market

• Managed the Phoenix offices for a two year period, supervising the activities of up to 12 personnel (engineers, drafters and office administrative staff), including their hiring, training and review. Responsible for walking sites, tracking and projecting dates for preparation of completed drawing packages for submission to governing agencies and for many of the tasks described in the above text.
