CB&I: Calpine York 2 Project Delta, Pennsylvania (September 2015 – June 2016)

As the Site Project IT Lead, I was the initial point of contact for all IT related issues. My responsibilities included but were not limited to PC Imaging, deployment and support; Network support; IP telephone configuration and deployment; time clock deployment and support; wireless support; inventory tracking and maintenance (all PC’s, laptops, monitors, and desk phones)

Bechtel Corporation: EATL Project Vegreville, Alberta (November 2012 – August 2014)

Built and maintained successful relationships with the client, my customers, and the service providers, while I supported over 60 users in the site office and in the Field during construction of a 500kv transmission line that spanned over 485km. My initial role was to setup the network and deploy as well as track all IT based equipment in the field office. I was responsible for supporting the field office with all of their IS&T needs including all field personnel at remote locations.

Bechtel Corporation: HRTD Project Hanna, Alberta (May 2012 – November 2012)

Provided site based IS&T support to all Project personnel in Hanna, Alberta Canada for 80 plus users during the Construction of 240kv transmission line over the span of 245km, 6 new substations and the modification of 12+ existing substations for HRTD Project. I did a lot of travelling to setup the users working along the line and the users working directly the substations.

Bechtel Corporation: Turkey Point Project Homestead, FL (January 2012 – May 2012)

The site team I was a part of helped maintain composure in dealing with a few difficult client situations. I was the on-site Consultant tasked with setup and deployment of the network and deployment of all site IT related equipment during the locations construction which was turning an old warehouse into an educational facility of the offsite Training. The facility was being built to support all intake and training for the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station Project.

Bechtel Corporation: Davis-Besse Project Oak Harbor, OH (April 2011 – December 2011)

I displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all client and customer interactions while I supported 100+ users during the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, head replacement. Primary IT contact for both shifts during the 24x7 power outage which last 60+ days.

Bechtel Corporation: Deskside Support Specialist Frederick, MD (April 2006 – April 2011)

Support the Global Business Unit (GBU) of Bechtel Power at the Frederick campus by deploying, maintaining, and supporting the infrastructure. Analyze and troubleshoot system malfunctions to determine the optimal method of resolution. Resolve issues by reimaging machines, providing workarounds, replacing internal hardware.
